By downloading, copying or using any of the content from the www.LukeHayes.com.au website the following “Content Reprint Permission Agreement” between the publisher and Australian Website Marketing becomes affective. Along with any use or display of the Content, Publisher must provide the following: Clear identification of the author of the Content using the following three (3) lines;
“Publisher” refers to the person downloading, copying or otherwise using any of the content from www.LukeHayes.com.au Publisher may not modify the Content in any way without the express consent of Luke Hayes from Australian Website Marketing. The Content is for Publisher's use ONLY, and may not be assigned, sub-licensed or otherwise transferred by Publisher to any other person or entity. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring to Publisher any title or ownership interest in the Content. A copy of the printed article is mailed to the author at (No. 8 Napoleon St ROSEBERY NSW 2018 Australia ) within 30 days of the publication. The article must be presented in a positive light as part of an appropriate business related publication.

Indemnification |

Publisher agrees to indemnify and hold Australian Website Marketing harmless from any and all damages and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to Publisher's breach of the representations and warranties described in this section. Australian Website Marketing will provide its content related to this Agreement without warranty of any kind. Publisher understands and agrees that the Internet, and computers in general may have some inherent unreliability, and that Australian Website Marketing may not be held liable for any inability to discharge its obligations under this Agreement resulting from disruptions in Internet or computer connectivity. |
